Curb Your Enthusiasm season 12 will premiere on February 4 on HBO and Max, concluding with a series finale on April 7.

Creator and star Larry David plays an exaggerated version of himself in the Emmy®- and Golden Globe®-winning comedy series, proving that his comic genius is at full force both behind and in front of the camera.

“As Curb comes to an end, I will now have the opportunity to finally shed this ‘Larry David’ persona and become the person God intended me to be — the thoughtful, kind, caring, considerate human being I was until I got derailed by portraying this malignant character,” Larry David said in a statement. “And so ‘Larry David,’ I bid you farewell. Your misanthropy will not be missed. And for those of you who would like to get in touch with me, you can reach me at Doctors Without Borders.”

FX’s Shogun, an original adaptation of James Clavell’s bestselling novel, will premiere February 27, 2024 on Hulu and FX. Set in feudal Japan in the year 1600, the epic saga follows Lord Yoshii Toranaga (Hiroyuki Sanada) as he fights for his life against the Council of Regents, with the help of an English pilot, John Blackthorne (Cosmo Jarvis). Toranaga’s and Blackthorne’s fates become inextricably tied to their translator, Toda Mariko (Anna Sawai), a mysterious Christian noblewoman and the last of a disgraced line.

The 10-episode limited series features an acclaimed Japanese cast. Rachel Kondo and Justin Marks serve as showrunners and executive producers alongside Michaela Clavell, Edward L. McDonnell, and Michael De Luca.

Prime Video’s new series Mr. & Mrs. Smith will premiere on February 2, 2024. A reimagining of the 2005 film, the eight-episode series follows two lonely strangers as they tackle high-risk spy missions while navigating their new identities in an arranged marriage as Mr. and Mrs. John (Donald Glover) and Jane Smith (Maya Erskine). Their complex cover story becomes even more complicated when they catch real feelings for each other. Glover serves as co-creator and executive producer, along with Francesca Sloane. All eight episodes will be available exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Season 2 of the Marvel series What If…? is set to debut December 22 on Disney+. Episodes will be released one at a time over the course of nine nights, continuing the journey from season 1 as The Watcher (Jeffrey Wright) guides viewers through the infinite alternate timelines of the multiverse. Hayley Atwell (Captain Carter), Lake Bell (Black Widow), and Josh Keaton (Captain America) are among the key cast members reprising roles, and viewers can expect to see Nebula, Hela, and Happy Hogan joining the adventure. The series will continue to be directed by Bryan Andrews with AC Bradley as head writer, and both are credited as executive producers. A third season is already in the works.

The first teaser trailer for the live-action series Avatar: The Last Airbender released during Netflix’s annual Geeked Week virtual event. Premiering February 22, 2024, the show is based on the hit animated series that follows Aang (Gordon Cormier), a young Air Nomad — the last of his kind — as he learns to master the four elements (Water, Earth, Fire and Air) to restore balance to a world. After the Fire Nation attacks and wipes out the Air Nomads, Aang reawakens to take his rightful place as the next Avatar. Alongside his newfound friends Sokka (Ian Ousley) and Katara (Kiawentiio) — siblings and members of the Southern Water Tribe — Aang embarks on a quest to save the world.

Joining Cormier, are Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as General Iroh, Ken Leung as Commander Zhao, Elizabeth Yu as Princess Azula, and Dallas Liu as Prince Zuko.
