Peacock Original Shows and Movies Ranked by Tomatometer

Updated January 3, 2022

Following an early launch for Xfinity subscribers, NBCUniversal’s Peacock streaming service launched across the U.S. in July 2020 with more than 20,000 hours of premium content from networks and studios including NBC, Bravo, USA Network, SYFY, Oxygen, E!, CNBC, MSNBC, NBCSN, Golf Channel, Universal Kids, A&E, ABC, CBS, The CW, FOX, HISTORY, Nickelodeon, Showtime, Universal Pictures, DreamWorks, Focus Features, Illumination, ViacomCBS, Paramount, Lionsgate, Warner Bros. and Blumhouse. (See a list of titles.)

The service offers free, ad-supported access to most content, but its premium-tier subscription includes Peacock Originals series and movies, big stars, and animated fun. The launch featured: Alden Ehrenreich (Solo: A Star Wars Story), Jessica Brown Findlay (Downton Abbey), and Harry Lloyd (Game of Thrones) in sci-fi series Brave New World, an adaptation of Aldous Huxley’s dystopian novel; Holliday Grainger and Callum Turner in the Certified Fresh first season of espionage thriller The Capture; a Psych reunion with James Roday Rodriguez and Dulé Hill in Psych 2: Lassie Come Home; and animated series Curious George, Where’s Waldo?, and Cleopatra In Space.

Since then, Peacock has added a slew of acquired and International programming, as well as more home-grown original series like the 100% Certified Fresh British import We Are Lady Parts, well-reviewed Tina Fey-produced comedy Girls5eva, the single-camera Saved By the Bell revival/reboot and the well-reviewed first season of sitcom Rutherford Falls. The latest Fresh hit? The Certified Fresh podcast adaptation, Dr. Death, starring Joshua Jackson, Alec Baldwin, and Christian Slater.

Which shows and movies have earned their spot among the best Peacock offerings so far? While the service is still in its early stages, there are plenty of original shows and movies available — they just don’t all have scores yet. We’ve ranked the ones that do have scores below.

Recently Added: MacGruber, Vigil
