Watch the New Teaser for J.J. Abrams and Stephen King's Original Series 11.22.63

From the bestselling 2011 Stephen King novel of the same name comes 11.22.63, a new weekly thriller executive produced by King, J.J. Abrams, Bridget Carpenter, and Bryan Burk. Academy Award-winning director Kevin Macdonald (Last King of Scotland, State of Play, Black Sea) directs and executive produces the first two hours of this Hulu original series.

See a teaser here, which — while only 30 seconds — manages to cram in a lot, including a terrifying cockroach parade:

11.22.63 stars James Franco as a high school English teacher who travels back in time to prevent the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, but his mission is threatened by two things: Lee Harvey Oswald and falling in love (but not falling in love with Lee Harvey Oswald).

Chris Cooper, Josh Duhamel, T.R. Knight, Cherry Jones, Sarah Gadon, Lucy Fry, George MacKay, and Daniel Webber also star.

11.22.63 premieres on Presidents Day, Feb. 15. Look for a new a new episode every Monday on Hulu!

    A fantastic trailer.

JJ Abrams’s name is the kiss of death. How much SJW nonsense will that little cuckold force into this disaster?

This is a great book–one of King’s top three (for me, The Shinning and The Green MIle fill out the list). Let’s hope justice will be done to the source material.

Salem’s Lot belongs on your list. It’s some of his best work, I promise.
