Gone, James’s gone. Indeed, the Daniel Craig 007 starter kit of Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace is going the way of the arctic invisible car: Disappearing, off of Netflix at the end of the month. Looks like you’re just have to stick with the Austin Powers trilogy, which remains unfrozen on the service.
Additionally, neo-noirs and absurdist-noirs alike are taking the big sleep, with Chinatown and The Big Lebowski being removed next week. Meanwhile, Best Picture-winner The Departed, Best Picture-nominee The Social Network, and Road to Perdition (last film shot by legendary cinematographer Conrad L. Hall) will be gone come September 1.
