FilmFocus writes that Matt Damon is saying "Bourne Ultimatum" will definately go ahead and that Paul Greengrass, director of the second of the trilogy, "The Boune Supremacy," is likely to helm.

Talking to the website, Damon said, "The good news is that Paul wants to do it which is great, he did such a good job on the second one. It’s a director’s medium, too, and we just lucked out with him."

Damon also talked of the trouble over finding a script for the film, "Ludlum wrote it as a trilogy and we’ve really kind-of ignored that plot because it’s very Cold War. And so in the updating process we kind-of threw out most of what he had so we’re kind of on our own to find a third one. ‘Bourne Ultimatum’ is the third one and I feel like I’ve given ultimatums in both the first two!"

Damon also told the website about his other big upcoming project, "The Departed" with Martin Scorsese. "I’ve been up with the state police in Boston," he said, "going along with them on raids of houses and stuff. It’s coming together, it should be good."
