New York Film Critics Circle 2015 Winners Announced

Carol wins four categories, including Best Picture.

The NYFCC announced the winners for their 2015 Awards this morning on Twitter. Carol was the big winner with four awards for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Cinematographer. Check out the full list below.


Best Picture: Carol (2015) 94%

Best Screenplay: Phyllis Nagy, Carol (2015) 94%
Best Actress: Saoirse Ronan, Brooklyn (2015) 97%
Best Actor: Michael Keaton, Spotlight (2015) 97%
Best Supporting Actress: Kristen Stewart, Clouds of Sils Maria (2015) 90%
Best Supporting Actor: Mark Rylance, Bridge of Spies (2015) 91%
Best Cinematographer: Edward Lachman, Carol (2015) 94%
Best Animated Film: Inside Out (2015) 98%
Best Non-Fiction Film (Documentary): In Jackson Heights (2015) 96%
Best Foreign Film: Timbuktu (2015) 98%
Best First Film: László Nemes, Son of Saul (2015) 95%
Special Award: William Becker and Janus Films
