Who he is: The former leader of the peaceful Hilltop community first appeared in season 6, introduced to Rick and the gang by Jesus. Gregory never wanted to challenge the parasitic Saviors, however, causing a split in his community.

Where he left off: After noticing how Maggie was gaining favor, he was last seen leaving Hilltop with his assistant, Kal, along with a note from Simon saying he could enter the Sanctuary at any time.
