The good folks over at Universal have released another slew of production stills from Peter Jackson‘s remake of "King Kong," which comes to theaters in less than two weeks!
Check out the updated "Kong" photo gallery (82 photos!) for further peeks at the upcoming CGI ape movie event, including alternate posters, more shots of stars Naomi Watts, Adrien Brody, and Jack Black, and glimpses of the rest of the crew of the S.S. Venture. Also peep the behind-the-scenes pics of a slimmed down Peter Jackson directing his cast on front of the green screen (lookin’ good, Pete!), Naomi Watts in the clutches of a giant green hand, and Watts rehearsing with Kong actor Andy Serkis, pre-CGI.
Those of you hardcore fans who want to know how Jackson digitally recreated 1930s New York, or where Andy Serkis traveled to study gorilla behavior, might also want to read the "King Kong" Production Notes for some really detailed and fascinating insights into the conception and making of "Kong."
