Well, it’s all over, and thanks to the efforts of a dedicated fanbase, an unlikely challenger has taken the title as the Greatest Netflix Original Series. The odds were stacked against German sci-fi mystery series Dark, even though it boasts both a 94% average Tomatometer score and a 94% Audience Score. After all, it had to overcome challenges from The CrownMindhunter, and Peaky Blinders just to advance to the championship round. On the other hand, Black Mirror only narrowly defeated Stranger Things in the semifinal round, and with its cultural impact, one would have imagined it would pose a greater challenge to Dark than it did. In the end, Dark won the match-up by an avalanche, securing 80% of the votes.

As always, thanks to everyone who voted in each round and rallied your friends and neighbors to participate — we tallied over 2.5 million votes across all of the match-ups! If nothing else, we hope this bracket has provided some inspiration for your next quarantine binge. If not, well, we’ve got a few other handy guides listed below and in our main Binge Central hub, so be sure to head over there if you need some recommendations.
