No. 4
Release Date: April 17, 2025
We told you there would be some surprises. Coming in fourth with 7% of the vote is #1 Happy Family USA, an animated comedy on Prime Video created by and starring Ramy Youssef. The series centers on the Hussein family, “the most patriotic, most peaceful, and most definitely-not-suspicious Muslim family” living in post-9/11 America as they attempt to “navigate the early 2000s under the watchful eyes of their terrified neighbors.” Youssef has had a lot of success on TV the past several years, so while this one has flown under the radar a bit, it’s pretty reasonable to have high expectations for it.

Devil May Cry: Season 1
(2025)
Release Date: April 3, 2025
Lastly, falling into fifth place with 6% of the vote, we have another pleasant surprise in the form of Netflix’s Devil May Cry, another adaptation of a popular video game series, albeit an animated one this time. The story follows a demon hunter who attempts to fight off a demonic invasion of Earth, and the voice cast includes people like Scout Taylor-Compton, the late, great Tony Todd, and Mr. Voice-of-Batman himself, Kevin Conroy. For those interested, the series is animated by the South Korean Studio Mir, which also did The Legend of Korra, Voltron: Legendary Defender, and X-Men ’97, among others.
