Writing team Elizabeth Kruger and Craig Shapiro will adapt Jennifer Weiner’s novel "Little Earthquakes" for Universal Pictures, Variety reports. The novel is about three pregnant women who become fast friends in yoga class and go on to support each other as they go through pregnancy. The big screen adaptation of Weiner’s first novel, "In Her Shoes," will be released by Fox later this year. "In Her Shoes" is directed by Curtis Hanson and stars Cameron Diaz.
