The Hollywood Reporter fills us in on a little bad blood between filmmaker Peter Jackson and his "Lord of the Rings" studio, New Line Cinema. Seems that not all the accounting ledgers match up when you look closely at the the first chapter’s profit margin. The suit also claims that New Line gave some of its affiliates "favorable" treatment in relation to certain licensing contracts.
