"Forty Shades of Blue" Takes Top Award at Sundance

Ira Sachs’ "Forty Shades of Blue" took the grad prize for drama at Sundance, the New York Daily News reports. "Hustle & Flow," directed by Craig Brewer, won the audience prize; "Why We Fight," directed by Eugene Jarecki, received the documentary award. Amy Adams, who stars in "Junebug," and Lou Pucci, starring in "Thumbsucker," received special jury prizes for acting. Noah Baumbach was awarded both the dramatic directing and Waldo Salt screenwriting awards for "The Squid and the Whale."
