ComingSoon.net shares some news from USA Today, and it’s decidedly Pixaresque in nature. If you’ve been searching around for the presently out-of-print "Toy Story" DVD, then be sure to circle September 6th on your calendar. That’s the day you can purchase the "Toy Story" 10th Anniversary DVD, which will be bursting with all sorts of new goodies.

Documentaries, music videos, deleted scenes, and a featurette entitled "The Legacy of Toy Story" will be among the bells and whistles, but that’s not all! "Both the movie’s picture and sound quality have been bumped up … the sound has been enhanced by Lucasfilm’s Gary Rydstrom, winner of seven Academy Awards and a member of the "Toy Story" production team." Those who already own that mega-swanky "Ultimate Toy Box" DVD set may want to make a visit to their piggy banks; the new 2-disc package will run you between 25 and 30 bucks.
