William Hurt Signs on For "Beautiful Ohio"

William Hurt, who appears this month in David Cronenberg‘s "A History of Violence," has signed on to topline "Beautiful Ohio," according to The Hollywood Reporter. To be directed by Hilary Swank‘s husband Chad Lowe, the movie centers on a family struggling with the social changes of 1973. "Beautiful Ohio" is adapted by Ethan Canin from a short story he wrote titled "Batorsag & Szerelem." Shooting is scheduled to begin next month in New York.
