In this sneak peek of Portlandia‘s fifth season, Brendan (Fred Armisen) and Michelle (Carrie Brownstein) seek medical treatment from a number of specialists — including Ed Begley Jr.!

The new season of Portlandia premieres Thursday, January 8 at 10:00 pm ET/PT on IFC.
