Richard Shepard‘s "The Matador" won’t even be released for a few more months, but he’s already snagged himself a pretty solid follow-up gig. Warner Independent Pictures has signed Shepard to write and direct "Spring Break in Bosnia," a project based on an Esquire feature by Scott Anderson. According to Variety, the story focuses on a pair of real-life journalists in Bosnia "who made a half-hearted attempt to catch Radovan Karadzic, an alleged architect of ethnic cleansing. The correspondents were promptly mistaken for CIA agents and came close to finding their target."
