LAFCA Announces 2017 Winners: Call Me by Your Name Wins Best Picture

The Los Angeles Film Critics Association announced the winners of the 2017 LAFCA Awards on their Twitter pageCall Me by Your Name was presented with Best Picture of 2017, and also took home the awards for Best Director (Luca Guadagnin), and Best Actor (Timothée Chalamet). Each December, LAFCA members vote on the year’s Achievement Awards, honoring screen excellence on both sides of the camera. Plaques of recognition are presented to winners during LAFCA’s annual ceremony held on January 13, 2018.
