Boy oh boy did I dig "The Descent" and I would love for it to be a big hit … but Lionsgate sure isn’t doing the flick any favors. They STILL haven’t given the brilliant horror-show a firm release date yet, and now they’ve unleashed THIS insanely loopy one-sheet to commemorate the flick’s eventual arrival. Yikes.
I know "The Descent" is already well into "overhype" phase for the horror fans, but I’ve seen it twice now (American & UK versions) and I still think it’s one of the finest chiller flicks of the past ten years.
But somehow I doubt that this poster is going to bring in any skeptics.
LG still has the flick penciled in for "August."
