After talk show host Emma (Uma Thurman) tells a bride-to-be to dump her firefighter fiancé (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), he devises a unique plan of revenge in this romantic comedy. Without Emma’s knowledge, the man marries her, causing friction in her relationship with a staid man (Colin Firth).
Directed by Griffin Dunne, The Accidental Husband is written by (how refreshing!) female scribes Mimi Hare, Clare Naylor, and Bonnie Sikowitz and hits theaters March 7.
