Evil Dead 4 Still a Priority for Sam Raimi

Zap2it.com‘s Mike Szymanski had an interesting conversation with filmgeek favorite Sam Raimi ("The Evil Dead," "Darkman," "Spider-Man"), in which the director professed some interest in returning to his roots: "I definitely want to do it ["Evil Dead 4"] and I think after — whenever the "Spider-Man" jobs end — I would love to dig in on that…That’s something I’m really looking forward to." Horror fans are already well aware that Raimi is set to produce (but not direct) a remake of his 1981 debut feature, but hopefully Sam will be hopping back into the director’s chair to helm the fourth installment of "Ash vs. the Deadites."
