Amy Winehouse Stars in...Another Bond Girl Rumor

by | May 9, 2007 | Comments

A few of my friends assure me that songstress Amy Winehouse is quite talented, which is cool. But recent 007 gossip indicates that she might show up in "Bond 22."

Wouldn’t be the first time a singer made a goofy cameo in a James Bond movie. (Yes, I’m looking at you, Madonna.) Buzz from the UK says "Producer Barbara Broccoli has offered Winehouse a part in the CASINO ROYALE sequel after falling in love with the Rehab star’s hit album." Which makes about as much sense as offering an acting role to a world-class chef who just made you an awesome dinner.

More likely they’d be talking to Ms. Winehouse about maybe doing the into song for the movie, but hey, maybe she’ll actually get a speaking part, too. Expect about 438 more Bond Girl Rumors over the next 12 to 18 months.
