We’re full swing into awards season, and there’s no question that audiences around the world are buzzing about the 2026 Oscars. The Academy Awards will air live on ABC and broadcast outlets worldwide on Sunday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m. EDT / 4:00 p.m. PDT. Conan O’Brien is back as host, and the ceremony will be broadcast from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and stream live on Hulu.

“We are thrilled to bring back Conan,” said Academy CEO Bill Kramer and Academy President Janet Yang in a 2025 statement released by the Academy. “Conan was the perfect host – skillfully guiding us through the evening with humor, warmth and reverence.”

In that same release, Conan joked, “The only reason I’m hosting the Oscars next year is that I want to hear Adrien Brody finish his speech.”
