Universal Pictures Shakes Up 2005 Slate

Universal Pictures is shifting the release dates of its 2005 lineup, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "The Interpreter," the thriller starring Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn, is moving from Feb. 18 to April 22. "Serenity," the movie based on the now-defunct "Firefly" TV series, is moving from April 22 to Sept. 30. "Jarhead," Sam Mendes‘ drama based on a former Marine’s experiences in the Middle East, is moving from Sept. 30 to Nov. 11.
