Well, we pointed you towards the original trailer and the UK trailer, so it only stands to reason that we’d also share the second (and most likely final) U.S. trailer for Joss Whedon‘s "Serenity." We do it as a favor to the fans — and also to help enlist a few new ones.
Opening September 30th, "Serenity" is based on the short-lived (but extremely admired) TV series known as "Firefly." Imagine a pulpy old Western mixed with some rock-solid sci-fi material and populated by an entirely lovable cast of colorful characters … and that’s "Serenity."
Anyway, we reported last week that this trailer would be debuting on the Sci-Fi Network before hitting the web, and hit the web it has. (Fan reaction has been resoundingly positive, partially because they’re loyal fans indeed — but also because it’s a damn good trailer.) Check it out here to see what all the chatter’s about.
