Based on the box office returns on Lionsgate’s "Saw" and "Saw 2," it comes as no surprise that the studio is thrilled about churning out a new chapter each and every Halloween. Geek buzz is pretty high for next weekend’s "Saw 3," which means, yep, it’s that time of year again: "Saw 4" chit-chat has begun.
From Bloody-Disgusting.com: "Tobin Bell, who plays Jigsaw in Lionsgate’s Saw franchise, wasn’t joking when he said he was signed on for five sequels… we received multiple confirmations yesterday that various writers have been tapped to write different scripts for "Saw 4," which would hit theaters next October if "Saw 3" performs well the weekend of October 27th."
