Variety brings news that the "40-Yeard-Old Virgin" is about to get a dose of testosterone from New Line Cinema.

Popular funnyman Steve Carell has signed to star in the tentatively titled "High T," which deals with a guy who has a little too much manliness on his hands.

Written by "50 First Dates" scribe George Wing, the story is about "a man who starts taking testosterone shots. His behavior varies wildly from crying to aggression based on his hormonal levels."
