Looks like production on the "Basic Instinct" sequel will likely move forward. According to The Hollywood Reporter, British actor David Morrissey has signed on to star opposite Sharon Stone in "Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction." The movie will take place in London where Stone’s character finds herself in trouble with the law there. Morrissey will play a psychiatrist who is assigned to her case. Principal photography will begin in March.
