Rudin Moves In to "Neighborhood"

Paramount has pre-emptively purchased the comedy pitch for "Neighborhood Watch"for Scott Rudin Productions for about $750,000, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The film, written by David Guion and Michael Handelman, involves three men who start a neighborhood crime watch. Rudin recently acquired "Furious Angels," Michael Cunningham’s "Specimen Days," and the Matthew McConaugheySarah Jessica Parker vehicle "Failure to Launch."
