If (like me) you’re a big fan of "Battlestar Galactica" and you’re wondering if there’s plans to make a movie out of the series, well, keep your fingers crossed.
Although recent reports indicate that the film project is a no-go, IESB.net talked to a few of the producers, and they did leave us with a little hope:

David Eick told the IESB that he hopes for a feature film and has extended the olive branch to Glen Larson. Aha! Glen Larson? Yes, the original creator of Battlestar Galactica has never been 100% happy with the new TV show but holds the feature film rights to the property. So if David and Ron hope to make a movie, they will have to first make peace with Glen.
So it still looks like a long shot, but hey, we still have the fourth and final TV season to look forward to.
