Asian horror master Hideo Nakata has signed with Paramount to direct their English-language remake of the Pang Brothers’ "The Eye." Mr. Nakata’s previous works include the original "Ring" and "Dark Water" — plus his U.S. debut ("The Ring Two") is set to hit the screens this weekend. "The Eye" centers around a young blind woman who receives a cornea implant…and ends up dealing with all sorts of undead creepiness.
