Hailee Steinfeld and Woody Harrelson star in this coming-of-age comedy about a socially awkward high schooler who finds solace in a new friendship when her best friend begins a relationship with her brother. Special features include an actor and filmmaker roundtable discussion and a gag reel.

Arrival (2016) 94%

Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner star in Denis Villeneuve’s Oscar-nominated sci-fi thriller about a linguist tasked with deciphering an alien language when 12 mysterious spacecraft make landfall on Earth. Bonus features include a making-of doc, a thoughtful look at some of the film’s themes, and inside looks at the sound design, editing, and score.

We Are the Flesh (Tenemos la carne) (2017) 75%

This post-apocalyptic thriller centers on a brother and sister seeking shelter and food who encounter a man offering both, only to discover that he demands horrific things in return. Extras include a video essay, interviews with the director and cast, two short films by director Emiliano Rocha Minter, and more.

Quarry: Season 1 (2016) 76%

Logan Marshall-Green and Jodi Balfour star in this Cinemax drama about a marine who returns from serving in Vietnam and gradually slips into a life of crime due to a rough repatriation. Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk (2016) 43%

Joe Alwyn stars in Ang Lee’s drama about a young war veteran who returns home and must face his demons before a spectacular NFL halftime show celebrating his squad’s battlefield heroics. Famously shot at a high frame rate, the film is available in a 4K Ultra HD presentation, along with deleted scenes, a making-of doc, a look at the casting, and more.

Mercy Street: Season 2 (2017)

Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Josh Radnor star in PBS’s period drama about a pair of Civil War nurses who must learn to put their loyalties aside when they’re forced to work together in a makeshift hospital. Information on special features is currently unavailable.

The Tree of Wooden Clogs (L'albero degli Zoccoli) (1979) 100%

Lastly, from the Criterion Collection, we have Ermanno Olmi’s Palme d’Or-winning 1978 drama, which centers on four peasant families farming for a single landowner in 19th century Italy. Extras include an introduction by filmmaker Mike Leigh, an episode from a 1981 TV show looking at the making of the film, footage of the cast and crew discussing the film at a festival in 2016, and more.
