Marvel Already Casting for Thor?

Alas, still no casting call for Ant-Man.

Apparently, when Marvel chairman David Maisel said his studio planned to use its interim deal with the WGA to reopen development on its strike-delayed properties, he wasn’t fooling around.

Mere days after the Marvel-WGA agreement was inked, SuperheroHype is reporting (via Auditions-Auditions) “what may or may not be an official casting call for Thor extras.” As you can see if you check out the link below, it may very well not be official — but if it isn’t, someone else appears to be making a movie, titled Thor, following “partially disabled medical student Dr. Donald Blake” as he “discovers his heretofore unknown alter ego, the Norse warrior, Thor.”

The submission deadline is March 9, so act quickly, New York-area RT faithful — whoever’s putting together this Thor feature is looking for “all genders, races, and looks” to fill 10 roles, “ranging from supporting to extras.” Send your resume and headshot (if available) for consideration!
