Oh, c’mon. Like you couldn’t see this one coming.
According to the L.A. Times, writer J. Michael Straczynski will be working on the "Silver Surfer" spinoff, which is meant to be a bit darker than the PG-rated "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer."
If the project moves forward, this writer seems like a perfect pick. In addition to his extensive TV work ("Babylon 5," "The Twilight Zone"), Mr. Straczynski also penned several issues of comic books like Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Silver Surfer, and Thor.
I’m sure he won’t be the only writer on the project, but I guess we should expect to see a lot more of the Silver Surfer in the coming years.
