Now that he’s done with his HBO series Extras, Ricky Gervais is concentrating on his next film project — and he just got company.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jonah Hill and Louis C.K. have joined the cast of This Side of the Truth, which Gervais is co-writing and co-directing with Matt Robinson. Jennifer Garner and Rob Lowe were already attached to the comedy, which is, in the Reporter‘s words, “based in a world where lying doesn’t exist.” From the article:

The story centers on Mark (Gervais), an average guy who discovers his newfound ability to tell untruths and uses the skill in his effort to seduce a woman (Garner) who is way out of his league. Hill will play Mark’s humorous neighbor who also suffers from depression, while Louis C.K. will play Mark’s loser best friend.

Production on the MRC project begins in April.
