JoBlo's Exclusive Look at the Creepy New "Amityville" Poster

by | March 2, 2005 | Comments

Groovy dude JoBlo scores an exclusive scoop on the all-new one-sheet for the impending remake of "The Amityville Horror." JB notes how cool it is to see a horror poster that’s not full of those swollen head-shots that are apparently so popular with the teen moviegoers (that’s what the marketing departments think, anyway), and I couldn’t agree more. Also somewhat promising is the fact that this new-fangled "Amityville" has received an R rating for "violence, terror, sexuality, language and brief drug use," which means we won’t be getting another one of those neutered little PG-13 "horror flicks" that are also quite popular…according to those same marketing execs.

Anyway, click over to JoBlo‘s and check out the slick one-sheet. And be grateful that some horror filmmakers still care about delivering something disturbing, intense, and perhaps "unfit" for 11-year-old eyeballs.
