The rivalry between Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie is set to soar to new heights, following news that the former pals’ movies will be released on the same day.
The feuding beauties, who broke off their long-term friendship earlier this year, have both enjoyed increased celebrity status with their hit reality show The Simple Life. And now it seems that "House of Wax" star Hilton has reportedly requested a November 4th release date for her upcoming comedy "National Lampoon’s Pledge This!," to clash with Richie’s "Kids in America."
According to America’s Star magazine, "Kids in America" producer Andrew Shaifer, who picked the release date for his film four months ago, believes Hilton deliberately selected the date as a publicity stunt. He is reported as saying, "After seeing "House of Wax" we obviously got the better actress!"
