Never one to take much time off between projects, Jumper and The Dark Knight writer David S. Goyer is already assembling the cast of his next film, Unborn.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the “supernatural thriller,” produced by Platinum Dunes, has added Meagan Good, Carla Gugino, Jane Alexander, Idris Elba, and Rhys Coiro to a cast that already included Gary Oldman and Odette Yustman. Goyer will direct from his script, which has Yustman playing a girl “tormented by the soul of a boy who died in the Holocaust.” From the article:

Good (“The Love Guru“) will play the girl’s best friend, and Gugino (“Spy Kids“) has been cast as her mother. Alexander will play a Holocaust survivor whose brother’s spirit is returning.

Elba (“American Gangster“) will play a priest who helps Rabbi Oldman perform exorcisms. Coiro (HBO’s “Entourage”) is the college professor of Yustman’s character, and Cam Gigandet will play her boyfriend.

Principal photography for Unborn started yesterday in Chicago.
