We still have a few months to go before the 21st James Bond adventure, "Casino Royale," hits the screens, and already the series producers are looking for a director for the 22nd. Previous reports indicated that Brit director Roger Michell would be the guy, but that plan recently fell through.
From Variety: "Michell ("Changing Lanes," "Notting Hill") was in talks to helm the next 007 pic, (but) the negotiations have fallen through due to "creative differences," according to people close to the talks."
"Bond 22" will star the new 007, Daniel Craig, and it already has a release date staked out: May 2nd, 2008.
