Much to the dismay of many videogame fans, Uwe Boll, or Dr. Uwe Boll as he is often referred to was sent a script for the film adaptation of the poplular videogame series "Metal Gear Solid."

"MGS" is a game based on tactical espionage with strong feelings against nuclear proliferation. Uwe Boll, who directed such films as "House of the Dead," "Alone in the Dark," and the just-released flop "Bloodrayne," is now being buzzed as being the next Ed Wood, but as Entertainment Weekly said, "(if he really is trying to achieve the title) he has to make these movies much worse if they’re going to get any better."
