"Superman Returns" to Smallville

Just a friendly reminder for our "Superman" fanatics: The first teaser trailer for Bryan Singer‘s "Superman Returns" will air during Thursday’s episode of WB’s "Smallville." (That’s tomorrow night.)

"Superman Returns" is the new film from Bryan Singer the director of both "X-Men" flicks. The filmmaker is working from a screenplay by his X-colleagues Dan Harris and Michael Dougherty. The long-anticipated resurgence of the "Superman" series stars newcomer Brandon Routh as the man of steel, and he’s joined by an ensemble that includes Kevin Spacey, Kate Bosworth, James Marsden, Sam Huntington, Frank Langella, Eva Marie Saint, Kal Penn, and Parker Posey.

"Superman Returns" flies into theaters on June 30th.
