Susan Sarandon is joining the cast of "Mr. Woodcock," which is being produced for New Line, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The film, directed by Craig Gillespie, also starring Billy Bob Thornton and Seann William Scott, involves an attempt by a son to break up his mother’s engagement to a mean-spirited high school gym teacher. Sarandon also stars in the forthcoming "Elizabethtown."
