Click on over to IGN DVD for a tidbit-laden chat with George Romero, in which the gore-slingin’ genius discusses the impending DVD release of "Land of the Dead." In addition to the normal bells & whistles, it seems that the DVD version may run a few minutes longer.
"I think it’s about six minutes longer, but it’s all just adding back or putting in some effects that were excised and putting in some little things like little bits of dialogue in existing scenes that we cut out just to tighten the pace," says the filmmaker.
Romero also drops a few hints about another "Dead" sequel and the upcoming Showtime series "Masters of Horror," but you’ll have to visit IGN for those goodies.
