Take a ride in our exclusive video diary with Bond pilot Skip Evans as he flies his WWII-era Douglas DC-3 airplane for the production of Quantum of Solace.

The classic, propeller-driven DC-3 plays a role in Marc Forster’s upcoming sequel to Casino Royale – flying low through canyons on the Mexico set of Quantum of Solace, which you can catch a glimpse of in our Bond set diary here. Evans has operated his DC-3 in numerous film roles before – see his aerial work in movies like Honeymoon in Vegas, Terminal Velocity, Con Air, Letters from Iwo Jima and Flags of Our Fathers.
