Variety reports that Paramount Pictures has purchased the movie rights to Robert Kirkman’s "Invincible," which covers the rocky adolesence of Mark Grayson…a kid who just happens to be the son of the world’s #1 superheroic crime-fighter. The project will also involve producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, who’s just come off the ‘Keanu vs. Demons’ movie "Constantine." Kirkman will be involved in a screenwriting capacity, and it seems that Paramount is interested in looking at "Invincible" as a potential "franchise" opportunity.
