American Gods: Season 1 (2017) 92%

Ian McShane and Ricky Whittle star in this Starz series based on the Neil Gaiman novel about an ex-con who agrees to work for a mysterious stranger who may or may not be a supernatural being. The season 1 set comes with an extensive eight-part making-of doc, a number of smaller featurettes, and a couple of audio commentary tracks.

Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) 92%

Tom Holland and Michael Keaton star in the latest iteration of the friendly neighborhood wall-crawler, who attempts to balance high school life with superheroic extracurricular activities and ultimately win favor with the Avengers. Bonus features include a pop-up trivia track, deleted and extended scenes, a gag reel, and featurettes on everything from the stunts to the movie’s place in the MCU.

Girls Trip (2017) 91%

Regina Hall, Jada Pinkett Smith, Tiffany Haddish, and Queen Latifah star in this comedy about four longtime friends who experience a wild adventure during a trip to the Essence Festival in New Orleans. Shot Caller (2017) 70%

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Lake Bell star in this drama about a businessman who is sent to prison for a DUI and slowly loses his grip on his former life as he becomes a ruthless gangster. It comes with one making-of featurette and a commentary track.
