On Saturday, February 7th, the Writers Guild of America (WGA) announced the winners in each of their categories for outstanding achievements in writing for 2008. While the awards cover not only film and television, but radio and video games as well, we’ve decided to focus on the winners of the former two. Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire continues its awards-season hot streak, while television hits like 30 Rock and Mad Men also picked up more trophies to add to their respective collections. Read on to see the full list of nominees and winners, then chime in to tell us what you think about the results!
