Variety reports that British director David Yates is helming the fifth installment of the "Harry Potter" franchise. The pic is set to start filming late 2005 for a summer 2007 release. According to the article, his only other film credit is 1998’s "The Tichborne Claimant." No word on whether or not Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, or Emma Watson, the three principle cast members, will reprise their roles.
