“One of the greatest action trilogies of all time”?

Just saw John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and this helps make the John Wick trilogy one of the greatest action trilogies’ of all time…. First of all, I will say that this film has the best action scenes out of all three films. Not a lot of these scenes, though, had one-shot takes but honestly I’m fine with that because they are still really entertaining to watch. I honestly have no clue how director, Chad Stahelski, can keep upping up these action shots but somehow he can and has.

I think this was the best of the 3. Action was great and unexpected in a couple of instances. The scenes with the dogs were fantastic. Watching well trained dogs is always fun and all the dogs in this show were great. Really hope they make JW 4.

“Awesome” or “Numbing”? The Verdict on Chapter 3‘s Action.

Keanu probably says 20 words at max but the action *puts figers to lips and kisses* Muwa it’s a perfect! Every movie they have more and more awesome scenes of actions. This time around they said screw just the gun-fu lets do hand to hand and knife throwing. It was great.

I loved every gunslinging, dog-biting, improv-beating moments. Action from beginning to end. Love it! I am so hoping for part 4. Anticipating the baba yaga’s return.

I’m a massive fan of the John Wick franchise, but the weaknesses of the franchise began to show in John Wick 3. It seems like the writers are beginning to try and solve their problems by throwing more action in the movie and hope it draws the viewers attention away from the flaws in the plot. This is something that worked to the betterment of the first two films, however in the 3rd installment of John Wick the action starts to become almost numbing, especially in the third act of the film. All-in-all the movie was still able to satisfy my itch for wide-lens action sequences, with amazing choreography. I would definitely still recommend this film to a friend, despite the flaws I outlined earlier.

Keanu Is As Excellent As You Imagine

While the movie drags on a bit in act 2 and 3…..it still delivers amazing action along with an awesome performance by Keanu Reeves. I am excited to see what is in store for the next movie.

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum continues the brutal, spectacular action sequences that have defined the franchise, thanks to the constant efforts of Keanu Reeves. While the film’s plot isn’t bulletproof you ultimately exit in awe over how much action and exhilarating thrills transpired over the course of two-plus-hours.

Halle Berry is a welcome addition to the Wickiverse

John MuthaCussin Wick…and now Halle Barry?! I can watch this over and over!
– Montez H., 5 stars

Although I didn’t like what they did to his character that just comes out of nowhere and doesn’t fit his character. I’m not the biggest fan of Halle Berry, who plays Sofia, but in this role she won me over. Especially because I learned that she actually did a lot of her stunts herself and went through the training.

Is the John Wick series losing a little steam?

The series is losing its great story line and becoming an Avengers movie. How many different ways can you kill a person and I am sick of the mirror room. Can’t we come up with anything else? What made the first two movies good was a little thought was put into them.
– Douglas C., 2.5 stars

Loved the first two chapters, but this one was a roller-coaster ride consisting of far too many lulls and repetitions. The first 30 minutes were off to a great start, followed by quite the satisfying ending. However, the prolonged and pointless middle, containing a particularly under-developed, annoying, and distracting character along with a desensitized, very-avoidable blood bath, took away most of the joy that the prequels delivered on.
