Curran, Norton Go Under the "Veil"

John Curran will direct the period drama "The Painted Veil," Variety Reports. The film already stars Edward Norton, and Naomi Watts in negotiations to join the cast as well. "Veil" tells the story of a woman who attempts to break out of her stuffy life in 1920s London. The film is being produced for Warner Independent Pictures and Stratus Film Co.
